Villa Jasmine is a magnificent, bright, three story villa located in a gated Community in the residential area of Sorrento, 10-15 minutes walking from the main square.

Villa Jasmine can sleep up to seven people and allows you to stay in you own single family villa, at a short walking distance from the busy life of Sorrento downtown.
Villa Jasmine is 300 square meters (about 3300 square feet).

The gated community in which it's found, features a common swimming pool and a shared Playground for kids.

The Villa has 3 floors, no garden and no view, a very well equipped outdoor private space, and a very nice common pool and playground. The villa is located in a complex, where other families live.

Ground floor:
Living room #1.Located on the ground floor, it features elegant and refined furniture. It includes sofas and a fireplace as well as a TV, a DVD a CD player and FM radio. From this room you can access a half bathroom and the stairs to the upper floors. From the living room you will also be able to get out to the balconies trough several French doors. The living room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen. Located on the ground floor, the kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your own filters!).

From the kitchen a French door will take you out to the patio, where you'll find either an outside dinner space equipped with a wonderful lava stone table for up to 8 people.
The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the balconies.

The kitchen as the whole villa is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom #1.The ground floor bathroom features a hand basin and WC, no shower.

First Floor:
Bedroom #1 with a bathroom. Located on the first floor, it features warm and elegant furniture, with a King size bed (160 cm/62 inches).

This bedroom has a spacious bathroom equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, and a hairdryer. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit

Living Room #2 Located on the first floor, it features stone tiles, sofas and a TV. From the living room you will be able to access the first floor balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. This floor too has an air conditioning/heating unit.

Second floor:

Master suite with full bathroom. On the second floor you'll find a very large master room "en suite" with a Jacuzzi corner bath. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Twin bedroom. Located on the second floor, it's furnished with 2 twin beds.

Single bedroom. Also located on the second floor, it's furnished with a single bed.

Full bathroom. Located on the second features a hand sink, toilette and a shower box.
All the rooms on the second floor are equipped with AC/Heating, like the rest of the house.

From the second floor you an access a spiral stairway that brings you on the terrace rooftop!

Swimming Pool;
The shared swimming pool is 12 meters (40 feet) large by 8 meters (27 feet) long, 2 meters (6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. It is partly shaded by beautiful palm, orange and lemon trees. The pool can be used from the beginning of June until the end of September,weather permitting, the villa has 7 private sun chairs for own guest.

Villa Jasmine Rental rules:

All prices are in euro; rentals are inclusive of maid service twice a week, Saturdays and Wednesdays. Linens will be changed each Saturday, towels Wednesdays and Saturdays.
The Price includes final cleaning, linen and towels, gas and water.
The electricity is not included in the rental price; the cost is euro 0.40 per KW to be paid at check out.
Heating, if needed is euro 100 per week.
No others fees or taxes.
Check-in after 4.00 pm - check out before 10.00 am or per different arrangement.
To book at VillatoRent.it we charge a 25% deposit at the moment of reservation payable either by bank transfer or credit card. The Balance (remaining 75%), is due 60 days prior to the arrival date, through bank transfer or credit card.
Security deposit: Euro 1000, 00 (paid locally by credit card, or cash) at the time of arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.

Upon arrival at the Villa the property manager will ask you to present a copy of your passport

You will be at a short walking distance from the center of Sorrento, where you can find restaurants, shops, beaches and the tourist port from where you can easily get to Capri or Naples. You will find the bus stop right in front of the Complex gate and the closest beach 400 meters away (approximately 1312 ft).

You can access Villa Jasmine from street level without having to climb any stairs.

You do not need a car during your stay at Villa Jasmine, but if want, you can park up to two cars in the assigned spots inside the private parking lot.
