Casa Vittoria Rental Rules:
All prices are in euro; rentals are inclusive of maid service once a week (Saturday, no mid-week).
Price includes final cleaning, parking, linen and towels, gas and electricity (the first 100kW is included in rental price. If more than 100kW is needed, the cost is euro 0.35 per kw, to be paid at check out).
Security deposit: Euro 500, 00 to be paid at check in by cash in €, $, or £.
The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.
Upon arrival at the Villa the property owner/manager will ask you to present a copy of your passport and pay the security deposit.
Check-in is after 4.00 pm. Check out is before 10.00 am or by different arrangement.
