Casa Vittoria rental rules:
All prices are in euro; rentals are inclusive of maid service once a week.
Price includes final cleaning, parking, linen and towels, gas and electricity (first 100kw included in rental price , more of 100 if needed the cost of each KW is euro 0.35 per kw, to be paid at check out).
Security deposit: Euro 500, 00 (paid locally by cash) at the time of arrival. The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage. Upon arrival at the Villa the property owner will ask you to present a copy of your passport .
