The pool is available from the middle of may until the middle of September weather permitting.

Villa Magnolia is located just 80 mt. away from Villa Miragalli, so could be rent togheter to host a large party of 2 families or friends.

Rental Rules:
All prices are in euro; rentals are inclusive of initial and final cleaning (no mid week).
Price includes final cleaning, linens and towels, electricity, parking, swimming pool ( weather depending).
Heating if needed euro 2.50 per hour.
No others fees or taxes.

Booking deposit: 25% of total price by Bank transfer or Credit card;

Check-in after 4.00 pm - check out before 10.00 am or by different arrangement.
Security deposit: Euro 400, 00 (paid locally by cash either in $ or £) at the time of arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.
Upon arrival at the Villa we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and pay the security deposit.
