Rental Rules:

The Pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of September from 09.00 to 14.00 (9:00am - 2:00pm) and from 17.00 to 21.00 (5:00 - 9:00pm).

If needed, parking is available nearby for an extra charge. The ?rental price includes maid service once a week, linens and towels, gas and electricity, and the final cleaning. ?Heating, if needed, is to be paid by consumption at € 2,50 per hour.? No others fees or taxes are required.

Check-in is after 4.00 pm. Check out is before 10.00 am or by a different arrangement.

A security deposit of € 200,00 is to be paid, at arrival, in cash.? ?The security deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to any deductions for damage.
