The apartment is part of a modern villa set in the hills above Sorrento, in a tranquil and panoramic spot, and from here you can enjoy in a beautiful view of the bay of Naples.
It has a private entrance, and from there you enter the panoramic terrace which also looks onto the swimming-pool which shared the owners who live in the other wing of the villa.
The furnishings consist of antique furniture alternating tastefully with modern, comfortable pieces, and the villa is equipped with air-conditioning, heating, washing-machine, TV and car-parking space.
Outside is well-organized with garden furniture and with a table for dining outside. The center of Sorrento is about 5 km away, and there you can go to the bathing establishments and hire deck-chairs and sun-shade. From the hills of Fontanelle you soon come to the road that runs along the whole of the Amalfi Coast, with Positano about 8 km away.
Throughout the Sorrentine peninsula and the Amalfi Coast there are lots of famous restaurants and panoramic bars where you can have unforgettable experiences.

Price includes Linens and towels, water,Internet Wi-Fi, gas and electricity.
Mandatory weekly cleaning euro 70 to be paid in cash at arrival, Not mandatory Air conditioned Euro 30 per week.
Check-in after 4.00 pm - check out before 10.00 am or by different arrangement.
To book the 25% has to be in advance by Bank transfer or credit card, Balance of 75% to be paid 60 days prior date of arrival.
Security deposit: Euro 200, 00 (paid locally by cash in € or in £ or $) at the time of arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.
Upon arrival at the Villa the property owner will ask you to present a copy of your passport .
This is a perfect house for a family with kids,or for 2 couple of friends looking for a relaxing vacation.

We stayed at Casa Donna Titina and we would recommend it if you are going to Sorrento. The house is well equiped, large enough to accomodate four people, and it has a nice pateo with a great view...
