Villa la Nobile rental rules

The rental price includes:

- Gas, heating and electricity (up to 250KW per week extra if needed euro 0.35 p/KW to be paid at check out)
The rental price includes: final cleaning; linens; mid-week cleaning; towels, changed mid-week; 

Parking for 1 car ( no Van)

For short stay ( four or less nights), no cleaning during the stay, no towels and linen change.

Breakage deposit € 1500 by credit card or cash at Check-in.

The Breakage deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.
