Rental rules:
All prices are in Euro; rentals are inclusive of maid service once a week/final cleaning, linen and towels, heating, gas and electricity. No other fees or taxes.

Booking deposit: 25% of total price by Bank transfer or Credit card; Balance to be paid 60 days prior date of arrival by credit card or Bank transfer;

Security deposit: Euro 200, 00 (paid locally by cash either in US dollars or UK Pounds) at the time of arrival.

The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.
Upon arrival at the Villa the property manager/owner will ask you to present a copy of your passport, and pay the Security deposit.

Check-in after 4.00 pm - check out before 10.00 am or by different arrangement.
