Here below we explain how the whole Rental process works and what happens after you have made your "Availability request".

BY CREDIT CARD:

1st step-Once found the accommodation that is just right for you, and we have confirmed the availability, we'll send an email informing you the amount ( 25% of the total of the price in advance) to be paid for the Booking confirmation.

2nd step-  Click on the "Pay Now" button that you will find on the top end right of the homepage.

The "Pay Now" button redirect you to our Credit Card secure payment webpage, just click on it and follow the instructions.

Once finalized this last step, you'll receive an automatic  confirmation e-mail, and in a few hours  an Voucher/Invoice, with all the information's  needed to check-in( check-in point, property adress,gate's photo, owner's name and phone number).

BY BANK TRANSFER:

1st step-Once found the accommodation that is just right for you, and we have confirmed the availability, we'll send an email informing you the amount ( 25% of the total of the price in advance) to be paid for the Booking confirmation.

2nd step - Pay the amount due to the following Bank Account:

Please also note that if you decide to pay by Bank transfer, in order to hold the property you must send to our offices a copy of the Bank receipt confirming payment by email to info@villatorent.it 

The Balance of 75% is due 60 days prior check in date by Credit card or Bank transfer, or in cash, we'll inform you about the Balance way of payment.
